JIFFY.ai allows the user to upgrade the license. To upgrade a license, do the following:

1. Select the required option from the Select an Option to Upgrade list box.
   • Active Environment Limit
   • User Login Limit
   • Jiffy Bot Limit
2. Click on the DOWNLOAD KEY button (1) to download the license key.
3. Email the downloaded key to the JIFFY.ai Support team at “add support email”.

   Do not refresh the page.

4. The license key will be modified by JIFFY.ai Support team and will be sent back to the Tenant Admin through email.
5. Click on the UPLOAD KEY (2) button to upload the license key.
6. Click on the SELECT FILE (3) button and then select the downloaded file.
7. Click on the SUBMIT button.
